Soaks is great! I definitely recommend them. However, do NOT use Soaks’ recommended fitters P&C Complete Bathroom Renovations! We bought two bathrooms from Soaks. Soaks sourced us some of the best bathroom products on the market and provided excellent customer service. However, we went with P&C Complete Bathroom Renovations to fit everything, as they were recommended by Soaks. It turned out to be a mistake. P&C delayed starting work for months, they did quick work leaving out quite a lot of what we asked for, and then left the job unfinished (despite having paid them in full), leaving us with leaking taps, unfinished bathrooms and potentially mounting bills for new fitters to come in. Avoid P&C Bathrooms! Soaks, in contrast, have provided excellent customer service promising to help us to solve this issue with P&C Bathrooms, despite the fact that P&C are independent contractors, completely independent of Soaks, demonstrating further Soaks attention to their customers. My advice: buy from Soaks, find your own professional fitters or at least do not use recommended fitters without researching them thoroughly first.

Dear Andrew, we want to apologise for the problems you occured, that Soaks didnt organise a fitter to come and fit the radiator for u, we did run late for the dates we picked your bathroom but i phoned you to discuss and get it reschudle for another date and i gave you 500 off for the troubles during the lockdown as we had delays. Soaks Bathrooms Belfast Should organise a fitter to fit it for you as they supplied a radiator that was bigger and i dont understand why they didnt help with that as they asked me multiple times to come and fix after other fitters not to fit something which is simple but they send me over to fix problems and when we fix it nobody says a word and when we had a problem that we were unavailable to come and do the last bit for you they sayed that other fitters dont want to fit or fix after other fitters. World class! Yes, I mean World class I have had the privilege of dealing with this company (David) over the past few months. When I reflect on Soaks and the Salesperson, David, I think of words such as courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and competent. Sometimes the world ‘professionalism’ is used rather casually. With Soaks, professionalism is clearly evident in the ethos of this excellent business. The staff exemplify their service mission in the very personal customer relations and advice. It is both exceptional and unusual to hear staff refer to their owner/boss in such glowing terms. Therein, I believe, lies the secret of Soaks’ success - mutual respect for each other and for the customer. A purchase from Soaks represents an investment in great products, local business and service par excellence. My advice...skip the ‘run-of-the mill’ bathroom suppliers or over-inflated, fashion tile companies and choose instead, to the five star option. Join the elite.
Well, we made our pilgrimage to this place which has amazing stuff to offer but amazingly overpriced too. Apart from one woman no one even said hi or asked us how could they help, nor we felt welcome anyway. Bored men were sitting behind their desks... We came here to get our bathroom fully redone,but it’s definitely not going to happen. We saw some cool ideas though, thanks for that! I have checked the prices online, I can do it a lot cheaper.
Great place to deal with. Great products and customer support is second to none. Anthony is a great bathroom designer and has provided us with wonderful after sales service, dealing with any wee product issues we had. Hats off to Andrew also!
