I cannot say enough great things about Seacoast Orthopedics and their staff. I had to bring my elderly mother in for an appointment and from the moment we walked in we were warmly greeted. The medical assistant was personable and kind, and very thorough with her assessment. Her physician assistant, Nate, was outstanding and extremely knowledgeable. He was compassionate, understanding, and fully engaged as he listened to my mom explain what was going on with her. Mom has been going to see him for a couple of years now, and she trusts his expertise. This was my first time taking my mom here, and I am quite impressed. Thank you all so much!!

Saw Aaron C. And Frankie today and they were awesome. Aaron went over everything he was doing to my arm as he was examining and then XR of my shoulder and discussed different ways to proceed. I opted for the cortisone shot in the shoulder which I have heard is very painful. He set me up so I was looking at Frankie and was talking with her while he did his thing and didn't even hurt! He recommended PT new what my insurance was and suggested where to go and said just to go a couple of times to learn what exercises to do. Couldn't have been more pleased.

As with Marshbrook rehab (Which is where they send you if you need PT) this place is basically a joke, they will essentially cause more anxiety if you go there and not know what is going on, I was having back/hip issues and was essentially shuffled off to PT which basically did nothing besides cause me more debt, it took forever before I brought up a similar issue and saw another doctor that they recommended which told my I may have a tear in my labrum that was causing my total leg/hip weakness. Although the second DR was good, my personal advice would be go to another place any other and go to a doctor not a PA they basically cost the same and in my experience basically just guess whats wrong and say PT will help. Again if you are having issues go somewhere else see someone who will not do needless test and who has a lot of experience believe it or not they are out there, do not just go to any place.

Dr. Dirksmier performed a back fussion on me l4 l5. Before my surgery I was in constant pain in my back and nerve pain down my right leg. Dr Dirksmier sent me to pt. For 6 weeks to prepare for surgery it was the best thing to do it made stronger for surgery. It's been 4 weeks since surgery I'm walking 3/4 of mile with no breaks before surgery I was lucky to make an 1/8 of a mile I needed to sit. I'm almost pain free so happy Dr Dirksmier and his staff are fantastic

It's not ok to keep people waiting for 2hrs visit after visit. Especially when you require that they be there so far ahead of time. Told the doctor was on time today and still waited 45min out front and over an hour in the back before we saw anyone today. It's ignorant to do that to people over and over. This will be our last visit.
