This place is the epitome of inaccessible healthy food. If you sell me a bowl of rice and corn, I need to know that you, the business owner, have some semblance of sanity to at least KNOW that you are ripping me off, along with everyone else who walks through your door. This is a perfidious business using a guise of “healthy, local food” to market themselves to whoever can scrape 18 together for a grain bowl or 15 for some blended frozen fruit. I love small businesses with strong missions- they are the fabric of our communities- especially when they can actually back their mission up with reasonable prices and decent food. This is just not it.

While they have always been excellent, they have been a godsend during the pandemic. Very accessible web ordering and have also been very accommodating with outdoor pick-up. A very solid selection of salads and their bowls shouldn't be overlooked. They have become a staple for my family to break up the cooking routine with very fairly priced and high quality dinners.

Happy as a plant based vegan to find a place to eat which has healthier options. The price is definitely at the higher end, but on par with other area offerings. What falls short for me is staff knowledge. I have a garlic sensitivity and try to avoid oil. I asked what was in the dressing and she said “I’m not sure.” So I opted for none. But seems like this type of place usually has a book of ingredients so I was surprised. At that point, I didn’t have the confidence to follow up with “are any of the dressings garlic and oil free?” as she clearly wasn’t sure or not interested in finding out.
