The representative assured me that the empty Lpg canisters from the previous owner of my property would be collected 1 month ago and gave some stock excuse about being busy because of the cold weather. I asked when they would be collected and was told \we don't really do collections\. \What should I do with them?\ I asked? \Sup to you\ came the reply. What sort of customer service is that? It's not my contract or my property, but they're on my property and I want gone. How can a business continue with this customer service or model. They'll be going to the scrap yard. They make a nice line in patio wood burners from these bottles. Appalling attitude!
