Great people, friendly and helpful. You simply can't go wrong buying turf from here. I only needed two roles of turf but because of Covid they could not accept cash payment, the lady onsite 'gifted' me the two roles as I had no other form of payment with me. Such a nice gesture in these difficult times, and very much appreciated.

Second review: Placed another order with this company for just 20 odd roles. Again service excellent it came on day I selected. Prior to delivery, Lee was a awesome help in preparation and even recommended the steps I should follow with the weed fabric control etc. Excellent service would continue to recommend to everyone. First review: Placed an order on Wednesday night and selected Friday for delivery. Prepared my area on Thursday and duly it arrived on Friday morning. Delivery was excellent, requested call beforehand and driver called me when he was 10 mins out. Driver was very friendly and pleasant. 2 pallets arrived and followed instructions to split the pallets straight away, the advice is correct as the middle rolled turf were already very warm! Layed within 5-6 hours under the 8 hours advised and everything is fine but let's see. Highly recommend company

Awful I ordered 6sq meters of turf. I received just over 5sq meters and there were massive holes in it. I called to ask why 4 days after delivery and was shouted at for not reporting it sooner, the 'customer service' agent the swore at me and hung up the phone. I complained to the owner and have been told I can have a 10% discount off my next order - no refund, despite their 100% money back guarantee on the website. I've told her this isn't acceptable and she is now ignoring my emails. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE - a truly awful company who will rip you off, send you a faulty product and refuse to assist you.
