Had a fantastic experience with Pearsons. Selling a home is a stressful ordeal but the whole team at Pearsons were helpful, responsive and professional at all times. Liam was fantastic. Always available. Made us feel like we were his only; certainly his most important, client. Provided good advice and reassurance when needed. Full of enthusiasm. Anita was on hand to grease the wheels post offer acceptance to take the stress out of the completion process. She made the whole process much less stressful as she joined the dots between solicitors, buyers and us. Great service! A great team. Can't recommend them enough.

Where to start. This company was not our first choice, but how glad we are that we went with them. Firstly, Liam was the young man we dealt with. After being valued by some other Estate agents, all I can say is Liam was the only one who did not come across as a used car salesman. He is a courteous, professional, and an exceptionally knowledgeable young man. He is quick to respond, reassure, guide, and advise. In every conversation he sounded genuinely interested in our concerns and worked hard to make sure our concerns were dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. The second person, Anita who was dealing with the progression of our sale was phenomenal. She was always available, chasing solicitor, buyer, and anyone else involved. I really feel Anita was a huge asset to have on side. Even her aftercare was a lovely touch, making sure on the other side that we had gotten to our new home safely and happily. If you are unsure of who to sell your home with, all I can say is these guys are a cut above the rest. Professional, detailed, caring, empathetic, and truly interested, not only in the sale, but in you as an individual. They are with you from start to end, and they seem more than happy to do so. Use Pearsons, they really are the best.

Once sale was agreed Anita always kept us up to date and was always very thorough. Couldn’t have asked for more.
