We had our home valued by Robinsons and agreed to let them sell our property. When ever we had a viewing they seemed very slow in chasing feedback from the potential buyers. We were also concerned at times with amount of times our calls were unanswered when we phoned the agents. When our property failed to sell we reduced the price over a couple of years by about 25%. The agents then advised us to drop the price further which would have ment selling the house at 60% of what they valued our property at. We refused to drop the price further and were told that we would not sell the property at that price. Shortly after, we managed to sell our property without reducing the price as the agents advised. This would have lost us 20.000. We always try and support local business but would never chose Robinsons as our agents again. We found them unprofessional and would not recommend them.
