The Good: Artis and Jeremy worked with me to get what I needed. Walked out with a beautiful truck. Took it in for an inspection after purchase and zero issues. The truck was priced comparably to others of it's trim on the market. The Bad: The truck was imported from Canada. I knew this when buying it, but did not know and was not explained the implications. Any vehicle that is imported from Canada has the manufacturers warranty voided. The sales team informed me that I would be receiving the remainder of the factory warranty when purchasing the truck. This was false. US service centers will NOT honor the factory warranty and you can NOT purchase an extended warranty for the vehicle through the manufacturer. So if factory warranties are important to you, steer clear. I've messaged the dealership for a resolution and will update if anything comes of it. Update: Response from the dealer \You get a lifetime warranty with the purchase of any vehicle 2013 or newer with under 100k miles. You will receive the paperwork for the warranty in the mail in about 30-45 days from the day of purchase. It is an extended warranty that we provide.\ Will update when the paperwork is received.

The 3,000 over KBB isn't really 3,000 over. Because they take 1,000 off for the servicing of your trade in. staff was all very friendly and worked with my situation over all was very pleased with my experience but felt like I didn't get what I should have gotten for my trades.

Went and bought mine and my sisters first car here the person who helped us her name is Ashley and she is amazing she made sure to help us every step of the way and it was a lot to go through and she made sure we left happy I most definitely recommend Ashley if you decide to come here I promise you will be more than happy she is amazing

My husband got his dream car from Arrotta’s AutoMax. They were extremely helpful and professional and worked quickly to get him into his new vehicle. DJ and Joe were great and very helpful. It was nice to see salesman as excited about matching us with the dream car my husband wanted and at a price we could afford. Ben, Tyler, and Josh were also extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Thank you to everyone at Arrotta’s AutoMax for the exceptionally great service and a hassle-free purchase!
