Arabic food always bland in taste for Indian taste but they have uniqueness in their food. Each and every dish has a difference on its own. In Bangalore you may have so many options but the Saara's Grill n Spice serving you his best with the help of Chef Abbas. I am with a group where we ordered some Arabic delicacies which was out of the world. North Indian offerings also not bad at all. Some things you must try here Hummus - it's Not the dry one what you get usually full of virgin olive oil flavour. Mix gril - Mamamia. Chicken roast - If you know how to roast your chicken you can cook anything. Hara bara kebab - 4 out of 5. Banjara kebab - Good. Paneer butter masala - the gravy was good. Hyd chicken dum biryani - Must try. Baklava - can bet you. You can't get better than this. Bon Appetite Chef BB

A great option for a buffet restaurant They current fly have a delhi food festival goin on till 15th of September. My favourite in the buffet were, mutton shorbha, pasta salad, dill dilli kurkure ( fried chicken), lahsuni chicken, tawa fish. In main course the mutton sutuffed paratha and chicken shahi korma was a stand out. Coming to desserts, the baklava was a delight and I am glad it's easily available in my neighbourhood. In other desserts enjoyed gulab jamun and shahi tukda. Overall a great experience for family and good ambiance, especially with the delhi food festival goin on.

Located adjacently parallel to Hotel Empire in Koramangala 7th block, this place serves some of the best Arabian and Indian cuisine in the area and poses a serious competition if this place is just marketed right. They have both Buffet and Ala-carte option on ground and 1st Floor respectively. The ambience resembles a business hotel on the model of B&B. The place can serve around 80-100 patrons at a time. No liquor served here. The Service definitely takes bit of a backseat with no clear instructions and the servers do feel lost at times. Watermelon Mocktail was served which was actually but refreshing. The Starters • Hummus-loved it.Great on presentation and tasted good with Pita Bread. • Chicken roast-Best avoid • Hara bara kebab-A dish that was whipped up with great pride by the chef. Bang on taste.Must try • Banjara kebab-ok • Aloo kurkure-Humble Aloo served beautifully and tasted equally good. • Brown chicken-Good The Main course • Paneer butter masala-One of the few places that serve the dish with such richness in taste along with the right spices that you just can’t stop eating. • Hyderabadi chicken-the tender chicken with the chefs secret spices and a wand of magic delivers something so extremely flavourful..MUST TRY • Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani-At par with any other Biryani brand across the city. Rich on taste and presentation. • Roti/Kulcha-good The Desserts •Baklava-one of the top 3 in taste have tried so far...too good and have to try. Will be back for this again. • Rice Pudding-Maybe the Baklava overpowered my taste buds in doing justice for this. Feel was good in its own league. My Ratings • Food-4/5 • Ambience-4.5/5 • Value for Money-4/5 • Service-3/5 With proper reach, this place can give a tough competition to the neighbourhood on taste, hygiene, quality and price too....

I visited Saara's Cafe at SS Lumina Hotel which is quite prominent in 20th Main, 7th Block Koramangala (Nr. Sapna Book Store). The place was serving Authentic Arabian and Indian Cuisine in the buffet during lunch today. The place comes with beautiful international standard interiors with very subtle & soothing color combination, comfortable seating & calm lighting interiors. Special attention to details have been provided for everything here I must say. Lebanese Chef Abbass Youssef had brought the Arabian dishes & flavors of the middle east in Bangalore with its subtle & mild herbs, the non-spicey variety of curries & starters. I tried Tamatar Bhuna Lasoon Da Soup (veg) which was quite high on herbs & helped in cleansing my complete throat. The freshly served juices were also served. In starters, my personal favorite was Aloo Muttar Kaju Tikki & Tandoori Pineapple though I liked the Jallandhari Paneer Tikka & Chutneywali Tandoori Gobi as well as they were very well marinated. Aloo Muttar Kaju Tikki was quite rich in ingredients & quite tasty. In curries, I found Paneer Makhani, Palak Makkai Lasooni, Sabzi Baghaara, Maa Ki Dal & Sarson Saag served with stuff kulcha, roti & butter naan. All the curries were quite tasty with very less oil, spices & chilies. My personal favorites were sabzi baghaara, maa ki daal with stuff kulcha which had garlic & sesame seeds. Gajar Ka Halwa, Mullabia, Rice Pudding (Kheer) in desserts were all with a twist than the usual offerings & quite delightful. I found the place with attention to details, extreme focus on cleanliness & professional approach from start till the end apart from serving tasty food. If you have been to the middle east or have knowledge around the given cuisine, I am sure you would enjoy the food here else be open to experiment & build the taste. I would recommend this place.

I came to adjacent Sapna book house to shop with my family. SS Lumina is next to Sapna book house & it looked appealing from outside so thought of taking a chance without having a look at reviews online. Here is our dining experience i.e. 1. They need to work on Hygiene as there were 4-5 house flies sitting on Salad Counter (not at all acceptable so -1 star in rating just because of this). I told manager to install an Electric Insect Killer instead of serving unhealthy food to customers. 2. Buffet has very limited Starter options especially for Veg. 3. Main Course options are also limited. 4. However, there are 4-5 options in dessert and sugar quantity was perfect. 5. Not much crowd restaurant so considerable option only if you want a peaceful place to dine or chat without bothering much about big spread menu.

I had one event at 4th floor on 31st Jan 2021. Hall lighting rest rooms ok. But about food they not provided as per promised. Hardly they can't manage 60 members. They made us to wait almost one hour for buffet lunch. I informed them earlier itself. Even though not fulfilled our requirements.
