Good service next day delivery. Important mail can be left with neighbours so you don't miss that deadline. Or collect at the mailing office same day.

Not once, but twice say they have delivered something they haven't. They have now delivered 85 worth of clothes to god knows where. My flats have a big sign on with the name of them. Its not hard.

I would give one star if I could. My parcel was lost. I was adviced to put parcel into collection box outside royal mail, as on their reduced service is very limited. Stupidly trusted Royal mail advice. Right now I can't ask for compensation and my parcel to USA was lost. Very unprofessional, never use them again
