Dropped a bobcat off 1 year and 1 month ago. I call no answer, I went to the business and they have a sign on the door to call the # that no body answers. I put over 300 down and will get a lawyer if needed.
Took them a year and a half longer than it was supposed to to get my alligator back. I got poor excuses every time I called about it and he blamed it on someone other himself. He finally told me he would cut some off the price of it because it had been so long, which turned out to be a lie when I finally got it. Also, the taxidermy was horrible quality. The skin had big rips in it fixed with rough patches that I could have done better. Some areas the skin was painted over to cover up the patch, which looks cheap. And the head was in the wrong position, the eyes were crooked and there was over spray from where he painted the mouth. People immediately recognize the poor quality and I will tell everyone I can to NOT use this place.
I carried 2 deer heads there 1 year and 2 months ago. I had to pay for half down of over 1000 dollars a still haven't gotten my 2 heads back. I call twice and was given excuses. Now I cant get in touch with them. Poor business. Find someone else. I took one there when the old owners had it. Then it was great work. But now very poor.
I’m not sure about these other peoples experiences but I have experienced nothing but quality work and upmost respect! Always friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend this place
