I receive all my medical treatments here. Actual address is on the attached photo as well as written directions to the facility. This is a top notch facility for treating veterans. Never had a single issue. Anything that cannot be treated here will be treated at the Salem VA or you can (at your discretion) be treated at a civilian facility closer to your home.
