I always wonder where management is. We are unable to communicate with them, and we never receive any support or training from them. It's like they do not even exist. What we have are a few people who tell us what to do but that's it. There's not a single sign of leadership.

This company cannot move forward because of the divide between old and new managers. The new ones want to go a certain direction while the old ones want to go in the opposite direction, which is the traditional way companies are managed. This feud among managers creates a terrible work environment for the employees. Also, management needs to provide more support and training for the employees.
