I would thoroughly recommend Tamsin’s Yoga classes. She is highly professional and is always very attentive, ensuring that throughout the class she offers alternatives for those of us who are less flexible. After each session I attend I have the most productive day.

I have attended Tamsin's Yoga classes for a number of years and her teaching approach is fantastic. The setting of the classes is so relaxing and quiet and allows you to focus entirely on your yoga practice. Tamsin also adapted her teaching methods specifically for me during my pregnancy so I could attend up to 39 weeks! ( I think it also contributed to a calmer labour!) I would thoroughly recommend the studio and indeed Tamsin's classes to anyone.
