Great place for a family day out. The staff were clear and friendly whilst demonstrating during the introduction segment. Once the kids were harnessed up they were ready to go into a decent selection of climbing walls. The staff were very helpful when the kids needed help clipping up or getting off but they got the hang of it after a short time. For the price it was a great morning out and the kids burned of a lot of energy.

The kids enjoyed themselves and it was busy. It was a bit of a tight space and despite the numbers its was still reasonably safe. Disappointed however that the advertised monthly cleaning protocol to ensure touch areas are virus free expired 3 days before we visited. The play area was in date but the climbing area was not. We would not have attended if we had known....edit after response from owner.....it seems everywhere that use it says up to 30 days and travel companies are renewing every 3 weeks. I eoyld have thought that with the quantity of touches applied that the 30 day limit would be a maximum. Your response just shows that your statement made on your website and your working principles are clearly juxtaposed.

Our first experience at Clip and Climb Stockton today and it was great. We were 5 mins late for our session and the still let us join in rather than wait for the next one. The safety brief was just enough without over kill and eating into your climbing time. Lots of variety in the climbing room. Some of the walls are challenging and trying to beat the speed wall in 15 seconds isn’t easy! All in all a great experience and we will defiantly be going back.
