First Class Service. Put my Evoque in for a service etc and can honestly say the best customer care I received from a dealership. When we bought the car four years ago the service we got was exceptional and we just thought that was because we were spending a lot of money, yet four years in we are still treat superbly. Jo dealt with me from start to finish and in my eyes went beyond the call of duty throughout the day. In all honesty it’s a shame the services are only two yearly. I work in a customer industry and always pride myself in how I treat my customers, I know I am not alone. Well done again everyone and when I change my other car, I know where I will be going

Had my car over three weeks at Stockton Jaguar. Communication has been terrible. No one picks up the phone. Car is under warranty but still no courtesy car. Problem only found out yesterday. Relying on my staff to get me to work. [email protected] has been no help. Please, please avoid.
