We have spent such a lovely time out with the kids here today. Due to the heavy snow from last night we were able to have snow fighting and ride the sleigh. Really worth the 2.5h drive we did to get here.

Great place for walks and views across SoT and beyond. Shame there's so much rubbish around the Maiden Castle side as it is lovely too.
Superb walkabout for an hour's breakaway from it all.
Really fantastic sight for varied and interesting walks, visit every couple of months and so much to explore.
Nice place for a good walk, open all year round, although a bit wet and boggy in places during wet weather. There is a choice of walks to do over a landscape that dates back millions of years. There are several car parks and several access points.
