I ordered a birthstone necklace online yesterday for my friends 50th Birthday next Saturday and it arrived today! It is beautifully gift wrapped with a beautiful gift tag which is more of a card with a lovely Photograph of the sand dunes bathed in the warm sunlight from the setting evening sun! I assume it’s a local Hebridean beach?! The package arrived in a standard plastic parcel bag and a padded envelope that contained the gift and the card. It was left black so that if needs be the gift could be forwarded to the recipient which I thought was very thoughtful and considerate. After ordering online and receiving my confirmation emails I couldn’t see where I had put in the month of August to determine which necklace I wished to purchase? So I rang and spoke to Sarah who was very helpful and took the details over the phone. Moments later I received an email from Karen asking me to confirm which birthstone I required? I replied and explained I had just phoned to then receive another message to say Sarah had just passed on my message and she hoped my friend had a wonderful birthday! Complete customer satisfaction! Always manage to find something to buy here. Love the whole family history of the shop too, it's great to know that each generation has done something with it. Plus the jewellery is absolutely gorgeous :D
