My now fiancé and I visited Chris & Steve over several months to plan and create a bespoke engagement ring. Chris & Steve were always very polite and friendly, we felt completely at ease with them both and under no pressure to commit to their services. Nothing was ever to much hassle for them, we were always kept up to date with the process and sent photos were possible. Chris & Steve created a beautiful ring for us both, allowing us to keep a family diamond and add some new jewels. We look forward to coming back soon to create our wedding bands!

I was after an eternity ring for my wife as an anniversary present, as she knew exactly what she wanted she described it to Steve who was very knowledgeable and patient with my wife. He was able to reassure her that he can get the ring she wanted which made life easier for me . He told us that he would contact us within the next few days, after 2 days he called us to invite us back to his shop on the weekend where he presented my wife with the ring she had always dreamt of, to say she was gobsmacked is an understatement, I was also left speechless at the price as I gave him my budget and he managed to get it me well under I will definitely be returning in the future to see Steve thanks again

Beautiful shop with a wonderful friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Top notch customer service from Steve, Chris and April. I have bought items of gorgeous jewellery and also sold broken pieces of gold jewellery, they always offer a fair price. I honestly can not recommend these guys enough and would recommend everyone visits them just to see for themselves what a beautiful shop they have created.

Great jewellers and great guys! Superb watch knowledge, always have some interesting pieces and they always have the time for a good chat! Had wife’s engagement ring fixed (diamond somehow got bent) and they did and excellent job. Picked up a couple of watch straps there as well. Highly recommend!
