I recently had to undergo a procedure at this facility and was really impressed with the staff. My nurse (?) Pat was incredible. She was so warm and upbeat and really helped put me at ease. Friendly, professional staff. Highly recommend.

I had a successful surgery recently from a great urogynocologist and had the best care from the nurses. However there were a few things this place could improve in. First, the clinic only offered a three month payment plan, the day before surgery. I was told just a month before, that a six month plan could be set up. I felt I was put on the spot that day. I managed to pay with 2 credit cards, and paid the amount after insurance in full. The reason being is that they wanted to withdraw on the account each month until it was paid and I did not want to give them permission to do that. I went on to the next day of surgery where I was very very happy with the nursing staff. Great care! I had a successful surgery and as soon as I was waking up, they could not wait to get me up and out of there. My husband was concerned I was going to fall because I kept going back to sleep. I do not remember leaving there much less going home. All I know is they had a tough time loafing me in the car because I was not awake enough to walk plus under anesthesia. When the nice nurse call the next day I expressed my concern with the way I was hurried out. I really hope this company changes their way with this method of care. I do realize its the company who controls what the workers do here. I do hope that if anyone has to have care at this facility to get to reconsider and use another place.

arrive at 3 wait until 4:30 for a procedure that starts at 5, what is the purpose of that? the wait is atrocious! i have been in the waiting room the entire time in the front!
