Transported a vulnerable autistic child despite being asked not to by parents. Dropped off 100 miles from pick up in the early hours of the morning, his mobile phone taken as payment- his only lifeline. Appalling disregard of safeguarding
Not even worth a star, The girls are lovely on the phone however the driver tried to charge 15 for a 6.90 fare from the grange hotel to witherwack. He tried to say it was a 5 mini bus hire however that was not stated on the phone, if we had been told this we would have just ordered separate cars to witherwack. Very disappointed
