Phoned Surrey recovery for my Audi rs5 recovery, they were exceptional in time keeping, care of my vehicle and delivery to my selected garage. Highly recommended to all, Lawrance had recently brought a new bed for the lorry which was extra special and made loading my car very easy, my car is very low to the ground and the last time it needed recovery I was with the AA which I had to wait 3hrs for the same thing. Would like to say thanks to Lawrence who came out and towed me and my young daughter off the M25 on the hottest day of the year after my truck blow up. This was after my own insurance company who I have brake down cover with could not attend for 5hour. Lawrence from Surrey recovery was with use with in 30mins and got use off the motorway safely too. I have never been towed but Lawrence showed me everything I needed to do and was very professional and put my mind at ease. I used this service a few weeks when I got stuck on the A3 with a blown out tyre and no spare. Lawrence was very helpful and was with us in no time! He even recommended a very reasonable garage so the whole saga was over in less than 2hours. Very reliable and would highly recommend.
