This place makes it so difficult to donate and it's such a shame. A combination of putting someone on phone duty who really struggled to understand English, an inability to assess whether something is \good\ quality, and insisting I book a drop off appointment in two days despite it being empty meant that I couldn't donate. Unfortunately I'll be giving it away for free on Facebook.
