Perhaps someone should pay a bit of attention to this place. It is now being so old compare to other services on the M4 and the lack of investment is now seeable, this place isn't saying for another stop at all, just the opposite, I will rather avoid this place if I can.

The one and only shower whilst clean is a scolding dribble. It’s been like it for two months. If you are going to charge to park overnight have the decency to provide a warm working shower for us key workers. Thanks

Pleanty of space, bit pricey mind. 21 just for parking over night. Toilets and showers a MASSIVE let down. Do better #Moto!!! Cheers to #Costa though excellent service as always and great coffee.

Figuring Out Life

Gregg's food was cold. Didn't seem very friendly there. Wish we'd stopped elsewhere, would choose a different service station in future. Don't want to be harsh because the people working in there are probably doing their best during this weird pandemic time, I just felt like I wanted to leave.
