Found Blade KTM to be extremely professional and a pleasure to do business with throughout the process of purchasing my first motorbike. Lucasz was an excellent salesman, knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and never pushy. I felt that I came away with a great deal and am more than happy with my new 790 Duke. I would definitely recommend blade Swindon to anyone and I will be a repeat customer for sure.
It’s been a week since I picked up my new KTM 790 Duke and thought I better do a review of Blade motorcycles as I’ve already put 200 miles on the bike. The experience of buying from Blade was very easy and straight forward. Sorting out my outstanding financials and setting up the new one was simple and the guys in the KTM showroom were very accommodating and friendly. Buying a bike we all know is a complicated business as we all have our own unique ideas of what we want, but Lukasz was brilliant. As a whole dealership, Blade is a great place to pop along too and have a look round, while choosing I popped into Yamaha and Triumph and everyone was very friendly and happy to give up their time to answer your questions, not being pushing at anytime. Very happy to have moved my business to this dealership and look forward to having the bike serviced in a few weeks to see how that department measures up to the sales staff.

Really helpful sales team with a pragmatic response to my needs as a customer when I purchased a brand new KTM. I would say however, that the first mandatory service (in order to maintain warranty at 650 miles), on a brand new bike costs 200. This was a bit of a shock when I took it in for service and generally pretty cheeky! Whether this is KTM's fault or the dealership I don't know. This service should be included as part of the purchase.
