Failed mot on Wednesday, asked if the work on the rear pads and new headlight could be fitted if I collected from shop and delivered to F1. I was told we’ll get back to you. Dropped the headlight off, out of hours (left in car) I call them back midday on Thursday to see if the work could be done. As they didn’t call me back still. Got told again we’ll call ya back. No call Thursday. Friday midday still no call ( but they way this is about 1 to 2 hours work max) so I called customer service. They seemed unhappy just like me. Great. End of play Friday still no call back from customer service or the garage. My wife calls the garage and customer service back today (Monday) and told the same thing, we’ll call back. What a joke, we just want out car back now. It’s taken over 5 days to confirm if they can chance pads and a headlight. Go elsewhere, the level of customer service is shocking.

I have only recently been able to get round to writing this review. I have recently had work done with yourselves. I was happy with How quickly the work was done on my car however, I was not happy with how I was spoken to by Steven/Simon - I am unsure which was his name. I came in for a service and l felt as if he had pressured me in to buying extras which were not required as i had a mot with yourselves weeks before which passed with no advisory’s. Please ensure this is looked in to to ensure others are not being treated in this type of manner. Kind regards
