Despite the fact were in the middle of a deadly pandemic and a lock down, I was forced to attend an appointment last Wednesday. I arrived 5 mins early and waited for a total of 45 mins but no doctor?? no apology or explanation for the delay from any of the staff, so I left, what's the point of having an appointment system if it doesn't work even though the waiting room was empty, the service here has changed dramatically over the past 5 yrs and not for the better unfortunately. would give it zero stars if i could.

Absolutely terrible senior receptionist called Chrissy, she is rude, lack of social skills, tells lies and speaks over you interrupting constantly, resulting in a heated altercation. When I am advised to contact my GP due to illness I am so reluctant I feel so ill that I can't cope any longer. I am a bed bound lady and need a lot of medicine, she knows this and talks to me like a piece of s***. She needs firing as she is jeopardising the reputation of the practice. There are some doctors who are so nice and some very tired, yawning through your conversation. This pandemic is clearly affecting the professional capabilities of everyone.

Hayley keeps hanging up on me! How can you have receptionists that hang up?! What's the point of a phone number if you hang up?! If you don't fire her then you might as well close the clinic if you don't want to even receive calls!

Lovely Doctors and one of the receptionists. The other receptionist - Zoey, is the rudest lady you will ever speak to! It's a shame they have such a horrible person working there because everyone else is so kind and will do anything to help!
