We have had a horrible experience with Chicago title. It has completely delayed the purchase of our home, so now we are homeless for the night. They received funds at 1:20 PM for the sale of our home, but claimed they could not find the wire. They found it at 5:30 pm; however, everyone else from the office decided to go home for the night, meaning they were unable to finish our file. We have two young kids and now do not have a home for our family to sleep in. We are in absolute disbelief. They messed up royally.

We work with contractors and customers obtaining draws for materials for new construction and Chicago Title in Sycamore is very easy to work with and the ladies in the office are very helpful, cooperative and pleasant. It is always a pleasure to deal with them.
