Lets talk about the fact my daughter’s pediatrician that was recommended to her is a male, absolutely not. Then, every visit my daughter is always greeted by a different doctor, is this really acceptable during COVID? Sometimes she wont even get checked by her own pedi. Also, I spent my ENTIRE pregnancy going to appointments alone, curtesy of UHCC... I got stopped at the door, “only 1 parent for appointments now unless child is a month old or younger”...guess who had to attend her 3 WEEK OLD’s appointment ALONE? Me. While her dad waits in the parking lot. Too much miscommunication, this place is a joke, go elsewhere.

Front staff is horrible, different doctor every time, wicked long waits

Horrible place for a newborn. Impossible to get an appointment for my sons shots, every time we went the wait was at least two hours before being seen by anyone. My son and I both came home sick the last time we were there. Also, you never know who is going to see your child. A doctor or student, different person every time. Just to transfer my sons medical records to a different office they said the wait is two weeks. Unacceptable.

This place is a joke, a different doctor every single visit. Then they send you someone that you have never met before and then when you mention your concerns, their response is always with a \Thats' Normal\. Then they send in a supervisor to check on how the doctor checked on your child, and when you mention the same concern.......they would be just as clueless. Do yourself a favor and take your child some place else trust me on this one.
