The medical examiner is impossible to speak to. I have so many unanswered questions and I feel so many of my rights were violated. We waited over 6 months for him to make a determination that was based on hospital records, and he still will not explain his findings and determination. Thomas Clark needs to be removed as medical examiner.

Did not do a proper autopsy on my son or send his brain off for examination. Determination of his death was based on Hospital records which are not clear. He has failed to return many of our calls for months now, which is a violation of our rights. I would still like to know the true cause of my son's death and what type of brain injury he had and how m it was caused. He is wrong for treating grieving families with a lack of respect. The system just seems corrupt in my opinion.

My dad death may have been a homicide but, Dr. Thomas Clark refuse to do a autopsy after being asked to do one by the Tacoma Police department. He also wouldn't look at the photos that were taken by the police department that shows all the bruises that were healing over the fresh bruises my dad had layers of bruises like that. He had a bruise on the middle of his chest like he was hit really hard and huge knot on the front of his head with all of this it didn't lead up to a fall. He put Sep 6th 2017 as injury date, but neurosurgeon said my dad had 4 hematoma's 1st one close to Aug 29th the last one Sep 6 911 wasnt called until Sep 9th, passed away Sep 19th the same person who allegedly killed him, was legally allowed to kill him in the hospital by saying no to surgery that would of saved his life and returned him back to 90% of his former self. His wife for 15 yrs, my dad for 44 yrs I was ready to say yes for surgery..laws need to change..and Dr. Thomas Clark needs to be let go and out of the M.E. chair my dads death wasnt an accident it was a homicide someone look into this for me.

Missed a rather sizable tattoo on my mother when she passed away. I had to look at the autopsy photos just to make sure they didn't mix her up. Half assed.
