I remember Mr Walton from the 1970s. I used to occasionally visit the shop with my father. I am pleased to say that the impeccable standards that I witnessed in my childhood are still very much in evidence today. Keep up the good work guys, Glasgow needs you. This shop is an emblem of Glasgow's past, present and future.

From my childhood I can remember Mr Walton so well. What an amazing business in the heart of Glasgow. I hope that it keeps going for at least another 100 years. It is the shop that personifies Glasgow.
