I made the decision to switch across to Bairstow Eves after many months of trying to sell my home with a different local estate agents. The fantastic service I'd received from Elisha and Liam at Bairstow Eves was miles apart from what I'd received elsewhere. They managed to find a buyer in just over a week of it being listed with them, despite it being listed for around 5 months with another agent before hand. Both Liam and Elisha were fantastic with their customer service. Great communication, very personable, friendly and professional. I'd recommend Bairstow Eves to anyone looking to sell their home in and around the Tamworth area.

I have dealt with many different estate agents in the past. I am very impressed with Bairstow Eves in Tamworth, particularly Elisha Bates. I have used Elisha for purchases and sales and can honestly say she is the best agent I have come across. She is very efficient, honest and forgets nothing! She does exactly what she says she is going to do and constantly keeps in touch providing updates. This may sound simple however in my experience this is a rarity among estate agents. Very highly recommended

I Chose Bairstow Eves to market a property for me based on their positive reviews as I am not from the surrounding area. I can say that I have used around 13 different agents in the past (mostly in or around Leicestershire) for lettings and these are by far the best that I have ever come across. Joe is the Manager and is prompt polite professional and answers any questions that you may have regarding lettings Abigail is absolutely outstanding in every respect, She looked after all aspects of finding a quality tenant vetting referencing and managed everything from start to finish with impeccably. Only took just over a week from being vacant to being fully occupied with great professional tenants I would not consider going anywhere else than Bairstow Eves and would not hesitate to recommend. 10/10

They can be relied upon to react quickly and appropriately to whatever circumstance arises for your property. I would like to mention Emma Stocken in particular, as she is our Property Manager and is doing the job the way every landlord would want! Recommended!!
