I have been trying to write a review on this fantastic jeweller in Taunton, but my efforts to work out how to do a google review have been nothing but disastrous. Unlike our experience of the shop, absolutely fantastic in every respect. We wanted something special for our grandson's 21st which required melting down an old engagement ring and crafting it into his initials in the same format of my husbands. A ring he had always admired. There is customer service and then there is the MG Welch customer service which could in no way be bettered. The deadline for the finalisation of the new ring was met despite Covid restrictions. Their craftsman is a super-star and part of a fantastic team. I am hoping this posting will work now with the help of one of the youngsters in the family. Might show the wrong name in the title, but I am sure the shop will recognise the author!

After trudging around Taunton looking for a jeweller we were directed to this wonderful store. Full marks to Alex who was very knowledgeable and very helpful. My wife was absolutely over the moon to find not only exactly the ring that she wanted, but it was also her size.! Today was a good day!. Thank you so much.

Really friendly and helpful jeweller. I purchased an antique ring for my wife from them, and they resized it at no extra charge - even sending it next day insured delivery both times. Great communication too.
