An ordered product was lost by the carrier en route to the branch. The staff phoned me daily to apologise and update me, and reordered promptly when it was clear the item was not going to arrive. Now received safely. Well done everyone at the Tavistock Screwfix branch. Great customer service saved the day!

Wasn't sure which screw we needed but was able to quickly find the correct ones online. We ordered them and was able to collect them 5 mins later.
