Visited the bowling alley yesterday with a lady I support with learning disabilities, the staff were very attentive and organised and there was a staff member available for every service, from booking in, to the bar, no waiting around like it used to be for staff to be running back and forth from counter to counter, they now have time to provide decent customer service. The whole place was immaculate, and staff were very thorough in between customers bookings with cleaning all of the bowling balls and seating areas in between customers. Only downside is that it is chilly in there, resulting in staff also needing to keep their coats on, otherwise an enjoyable time.

It's had a renovation but some things are still just as bad!! It's cleaner that's for sure. But the hot drinks machine kept breaking, the food is well overpriced, tried ordering cheese chips but the chef couldn't be bothered with cheese so we could only have chips which they took off 50p so it was 2 for chips and they wasn't even filled up when arrived. No kids food options at all. 7-9 just for a burger!! 5.50 for a plain hotdog!! Also there were flies flying around everywhere! I take alot of kids to this place as it's a good run around, but being lunchtime and not being able to take your own food and poor options of food for kids...it's ridicules. The staff for the play area are helpful and polite, I feel they also wish their customers had better options..they get all the complaints but it's the company itself. People will stop going again.

A great visit to the soft play. Staff were friendly and facilties incredibly clean and Covid compliant for peace of mind. We had a great time.

The Jungle Softplay at Lakeside Superbowl was very good. Helpful staff, cleaner facilities than many soft plays, less apparatus but more space to run. We will go again.

The bowling alley has had a complete refurbishment and tidy up. The lanes are much more interesting now and they have a few which appear to have UV lighting making the pins glow which is more interesting. There's also a new sports bar and outdoor climbing frame which are nice additions. It wasn't too busy or expensive, so overall a good experience.
