Incredible service from Fran over email. I made an enquiry for a bulk order of a product which I anticipated might be difficult to source pre-lockdown and in the run up to Christmas but Fran replied to my enquiry with a timeframe, measurements of the product and everything I needed within the hour I'd sent it! They ordered in the additional stock and it's arrived with me already. All within a week. Thank you so much!
I would give them zero stars if I could. Have been trying to contact them for over a week for an order I made. They took my money but I have not received anything nor have I received any updates. No one will get in touch with me despite my various attempts to get in touch with them. I have now contacted trading standards as this is now theft. It was my first order with them and I am deeply disappointed.
