Lovely place where we could touch the history. Jut sad to see this place empty, we were there alone. Covid-19 crazy times.

Don't take the A6 you miss this site. Site was old before the Roman's got there.
Really beautiful place, worth the visit. Cyprus is absolutely wonderful for those who appreciate ancient historical sites that links with mythological stories. I hope I can return some day
Not very large, but interesting to visit. More than 2000 years old
Very authentic place) gorgeous ancient sanctuary! But the entry costs 2,5 euros
So worth the effort to find, even the lad enjoyed it (which is tough for kids without Wi-fi) it’s simple to understand ie signs, given info etc and a hidden gem tbh
The remains of public baths located at the Sanctuary of Apollo Hylates complex can be dated at 101 C.E. They were medium-sized public baths. One main entrance led to the bathhouse. There was a courtyard inside. From the courtyard it was possible to go to several changing rooms and then to the bathing rooms. As in any typical antique bathhouse, there were several rooms with different water temperatures. I visited Baths at Sanctuary of Apollo Hylates (without bathing, of course) in November 2018.
Nice small site. The restoration and a bit of imagination show you a glimpse of how it used to be. There is not much shade.
