Good store, was just a little smaller than expected. The cellphone section took up at least a 1/4 of the store. Prices were comparable to what I'd found online.

Really good experience. Only went in to look around, and I ended up saving money everywhere. I upgraded my phone at Carphone Warehouse, which then gave me a 25 giftcard, and I also saved money on Home Broadband and Energy. Staff really helpful, nothing was too much to ask, and they seem like a close family bunch. They even offered me a drink too! Will visit again!

Their retail business is very comprehensive with a highly trained staff making your purchacing decisions more understandable. However, I have found their after sales services to be very inadiquate, making any personal contact almost imposible and finally there is a severe lack of communication between the staff and customer leading to unacceptably inacurate information and varying levels of honesty. This, in my own case, proved rather expensive without receiving satisfaction.

Ordered online, was notified when to collect items, only a few days. Designated parking for goods to be brought from the shop and placed in the car by member of staff, contactless collection. No fuss, no hassle.

Large store with a wide variety of products available. The service can be a little slow, but once you have their attention, they seem quite knowledgeable. They are always keen to push their current promotions, so you will need to be mindful of this upon purchase. There is a carphone warehouse in store for mobile requirements as well as a repair and service centre.
