Very very bad experience and this is the first time I am complaining and reviewing online. Bad service by a waitress who is very disrespectful because she doesn't know how to speak English so when we said we didn't speak German she just turned around without excusing herself and just sent a waitress who can speak English. This would've been fine if she at least excused herself and say \I'll get a new waitress for you\ or try, but no, she just turned her back while we were trying to order. We were also scammed to pay for tap water for 3fr per glass (6fr for two glasses of water not in a bottle) that we ordered. They put \mineral\ on the bill but it was served on glass so it was supposed to be tap water as our order. I asked them about it because I said tap water should not cost that much let alone cost at all as it is normally free in Switzerland. It was not on the menu nor were we told that we were getting charged for tap water. Would've appreciated if this was explained to us when we were ordering. This is very shameful if this is how tourists (or in my case I am Swiss but visiting Thun) are treated. Management should address this.

Find out about it online so was planning on it to be loaded out, but lucky they were able to cater to us. Great food and cocktails too, you won't be disappointed. My brother and I really enjoyed the wide selection of desserts and will be coming again for a particular treat. Great value for money, our new regular place for dinner. My brother and sister recommended it to me, was not unfulfilled, wonderful food and very good price too. The personnel were often on hand to hear our requests.

Below Average pizzeria restaurant at nice location next to Thun river. They have a nice terrace, the inside is clean and renovated. The food and service is unfortunately below average. I had a seasonal venison dish that seemed to come out of industrial food package, with decorative amounts of vegetables around it. The Spätzle seemed from the day before, all crusty and dried out with a greasy cover. The pasta dish was average with an odd color of sauce, the pizza on the other hand was good. Service was pushy at first trying to sell aperitives and alcohol, then backed off. Efficient but also not friendly. A mixed experience.
Absolutely the worst place to go for food and drinks in the city, the service I received the other day was disgraceful. The chef de service was our waitress and could not have been more inappropriate from dress standards to speaking to us as a customer. Every moment we spent there we were wishing to leave. The food was average and although we spoke with the waitress about the quality and the fact that we did not eat all of it because of the poor quality we were not refunded anything. It's a shame because the location is very nice, you can sit right next to river which is very peaceful. However it is not worth it with this place, there are plenty of over places with a view and good food and service.
Some of the reviews for this restaurant are somewhat unbalanced. The service personnel was actually really competent and welcoming throughout my stay. The food differed in quality but it was in line with a restaurant of this type. The same can be said for the prices. On offer is Italian food, so expect Italian food! The desert was the best for me, without a doubt. I had a pizza which was about average, but certainly not bad, like some reviews might suggest.
