My experience with Direct Channel has been absolutely faultless. Great product ranges, great prices and fantastic delivery. I have also rung them for guidance and they were not in a hurry to get me off the phone, they took the time to help me get the right product. I really like this company. I can see they have a couple of 1 star reviews, but I think those customers have been unlucky. I would definitely recommend you try these guys out for yourself and make your own mind up. I don't think you will be disappointed.

Just bought some Chanel system for my computer desk, very pleased and the member of staff was excellent when I called asking for some information, had I not called I would have ended up with the wrong product so thank you for your guidance. It’s much appreciated, Great service, no rush, fully explained and I’d definitely use again without question. That’s what we like in today’s age, customer service. Cheers Keith.

Store claimed that APC delivered to me, but they delivered to a different address, the store didn't do anything to resolve. No refund, no goods. Very disappointing

DIRECT CHANNEL HAS LET ME DOWN, WHEN I CALLED THEM THE PERSON TOLD ME HE WILL CALL ME BACK BUT HE NEVER DID I WAITED ALL DAY THEN I CALLED AGAIN AND WAS TOLD AGAIN TO WAIT, THEY ARE REALY MASSER, THEY WASTED ONE WHOLE WEEK. AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS POOR AND RUDE, NO SORRY OR APOLOGY FROM THEM, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM. IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME THEN THIS COMPANY IS FOR YOU! GOOD LUCK
