Best sushi restaurant in the USA! When you eat sushi here, it's like you're eating authentic sushi in Japan and I would know because I've been there multiple times. I highly recommend the Fatty Tuna Nigiri as well as their A5 Wagyu Nigiri. Hands down the best Yakitori I've had as well. I highly recommend the chicken wing, that's my favorite. Also, their avocado dish is just amazing! This restaurant will never disappoint you. Do yourself a favor and visit if you haven't!

This spot prepares the best sushi I've ever had, including NYC, Chicago or LA. Very small, cozy space with an amazing staff and the food and drinks ate always just perfect. Prepare to wait for a seat. And try the Omakase at some point. It's an amazing journey.

First of all, I am so proud of Kengo for bringing his vision and his talents to T-town. This establishment is one where you can feel confident to impress an out of town guest or simply have a magnificent date night. The customer service and the personal touch was superb. The food was fresh, amazingly crafted, and delicious! The menu has a wide variety and there is something for everyone. I ordered a few staples that I knew I would like and then we blindly ordered a few things that we had never had before. Everything was fabulous. There are plenty of positive reviews to read but you really need to go in and try it for yourself to get the full appreciation. Be patient, there may be a wait but it is well worth it. Great job, Kengo! -Deitra and John Hickey

Wow what an experience! The fun started from the moment we walked in, we were greeted with the traditional Japanese welcome from the crew. They were loud and brought a certain energy to the restaurant. Expect a wait if you don’t reserve a table during peak times. The place is small but it plays a crucial part to the experience. The right space and limited seating really adds to the quality of Kengo. There is a reason why Kengo can keep the rent when the seating is so limited, and it’s because of the quality of the sushi and other foods served here. Also expect to pay a higher price for this quality of fresh fish for an inland market. We were a company of 3 our check came to almost 250. Highly recommend pork belly! It was so good we ordered it again. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they can even speak Japanese and they seem to love the culture as well. Next time I would really love to sit with the chefs and have them serve me, that experience is 98 per person. Great restaurant, great food, great staff, and a great place to impress your date.

This was literally the best meal I've eaten in my life. We were at the Chefs Table and everyone was so attentive and helpful. Kengo was very personable and explained each dish he served to us. A great overall experience I would recommend to any sushi fan.
