There is a terrible technical issue on website so I am struggling to log in more than 2 months so far. I tried to reach out to all the team. ex)sending emails more than 4 times. They did not even read it once. If you do not check mail account, why did you put email adress on website? Every year take money and do nothing.

Very slow to send me my application I sent it In April it is now August and it’s still processing. They were quick to take my money though. I want to apply for jobs but you can’t without it. If I could leave a zero star review I would.
If I could give less than Zero (0) I will surely do for this organization. My renewal was sent months and nothing was forthcoming as acknowledgement. I was later contacted to pay extra 90 plus the 106 I had earlier transfered directly to the college account if i do not want to be suspended. I sent in proof, still Kim refused, so insensitive and lack compassion in the way she speaks on phone, no wonder the backwardness. Whoever employ her needs to really do a real check of her professionalism. I later sent in resignation letter and asked for my refund which i received back ( when i thought of the emosional abuse from parents which am a victim, and treaments from some of our centre supervisors I don't think it is the way forward for me) There is need to change the leaadership and the way things are rbeing handled in this organisation; everything is backward. We are not respected anywhere and the college is a proof and addition to this because of the ways things are being handled. Recruit professionals to handle things. we do a lot and deserve more respect and dignity in labour of caring for children on their learning journey. Too bad.
If only I can leave NO stars. I've applied to renew my membership on July 18 and it is now September 5th. I have called these guys on August 20th and left a voicemail and I have YET to hear back from them. I called them again on Tuesday September 3rd and left another voicemail. Every time I have called, an automated message says \we are unable to speak with you at this time...\. This is so disappointing. They need to change their entire system and staff. I've read most the reviews and trust me, they are accurate.
I'm not very happy with the college, as I have to agree with others in their reviews. Today I waited on the phone to speak to a live person on my lunch, and almost ended up being late going to back into my room. I was in second in line but it seemed to take forever. Then when I got to speak to a live person, the person asked me what the best way to send out a letter to me. Waste of my time and lunch break. The college does nothing for us, and I'm annoyed that I have to pay 160 every May just to keep it in good standing.
