Lovely friendly chap who assisted us this morning, but unfortunately a miserable lady who was a bit abrupt with my autistic little boy who likes fans and took an interest in looking at the posh ones in the shop as far as I was aware he did not touch them as I had asked him not to but just wanted a video/photo of them. hopefully when we return to Scarborough we will be lucky enough to not encounter this lady again, but as stated earlier nice chap who assisted good customer service skills most helpful and lovely rings by the way !!

I wasn’t enamoured with there service to be honest when I visited a few weeks ago. I hope they do better if I visit again.
Great customer service especially during lockdown offering a delivery service that I'd of been lost without.

I used 2 buy online but prefer going into the shop the staff are friendly and polite nothing is 2 much trouble for them
