Dan and the team always give off a relaxed yet professional environment. Prices are competitive and the branch is always a pleasure to deal with. First choice for building supplies and would recommend to others.
The whole team were very helpful, professional and reliable. There are other TP's closer to me, however I was recommended to use the Ripley Branch by a friend. Dan went out of his way to get the parts I needed, delivery arrived exactly when they said it should and the prices were very competitive. Thank you, will use again and definitely reccomend.
Tracy could not have been more helpful with an online order I placed and arranging the collection. Superb service.
Would give this store no stars. As i went in to hire an item . The male and female there did not want to do any thing . And lied about hireing items. Then lied to customer service . So stay clear of this store . Go to the one in langley mill. As that store goes the extra mile to help the customer. I would sack the staff at the ripley store and get ones who want to help customers
