I came to this restaurant with a friend who lives nearby. The food was good. A week later I went with another friend and it was not so good. My friend is also a local..my friend told the waiter the fish was not fresh and the water said \some fish is better when it is not fresh\. Has ànybody heard that before. Seems like a strange thing to say. The food is not consistent and obviously not always fresh.
