Ordered online twice now. Both times orders came within a few days. Excellent miniatures, well pained, well packaged, none have any form or damage upon arrival. A fantastic place to get some gifts for the DM. Really impressed. Website is a touch clunky on the phone but works well on a tablet, easy enough to navigate though. Items delivered via royal mail so missing the parcel isn't a hassle either.

Friendly staff, ordered online and they quickly shipped it to Europe. The courier UPS was being a bit slow, but that was more due to it being UPS.
