Fantastic 5 dishes with accompanying wine pairings. A surprisingly affordable price for this high-end meal in a beautiful atmosphere. Only downside was the happy service personnel that only half knew their lines to describe the meals they served. Since the kitchen was excellent, this small blooper didn't take any quality off of what I consider some of the best meals I had in my life.

Troll restaurant impressed me. From the outside it does look like much. But the inside is filled with good atmosphere. It's cozy and nice. Staff is wery nice and caring. 5 course with wine was very good and I'm recommending it. Prizes are good too. Can't complain. Book a table and go enjoy your self
The five course dinner was incredible from start to finish. Might've been the best lamb dish I've ever had. Great and humorous staff. Incredibly open and friendly towards both gluten and lactose intolerant allergies. Gluten-free bread was served as soon as one of us asked about gluten-free main dishes, without us even thinking about it :)

Amazing food both in quality and portion. The crab soup was very new to me, combination of a rich creamy broth with carrot, just amazing. Also their catch of the day fish is really nice and the portion is huge. Fully recommended

Lovely place, great staff. Food is great and tasty, I went couple of times, I opted for the 3-courses menu and I have been extremely satisfied! Prices are honest, \\- 35 euros for the 3 courses Menu. My fav choice in Trondheim!
