Knees staff were really helpful on the shop floor, nice selection but wouldn't use their fitter, Gary is it? We couldn't recommend this person to fit appliances, found him abrupt and he charges for a simple quote. We would recommend you find a different fitter if you need assistance to put in a new appliance. That said, would use Knees again to purchase but have someone else do the work to install. This review without prejudice.

It's big! Plenty of stock! Staff are helpful, meet and greet policy is good as directed to correct place in store. Help Desk is manned by very knowledgeable staff. Prices good.
I bit on the pricey side, but you seem to get what you pay for. Lovely quality goods and helpful friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Very quiet, excellent Covid set up even plastic covers for individuals use, to try chairs etc. As Knees is a well established local retailer you get that bit extra you don't get with multiples,alongside that they have some really nice products you don't see in major retailers along with some very competitive pricing.
