Having looked at other reviews here, l wonder if Nathan Boxall and Nicola have experienced what I had. I had very unpleasant experience with a lady called Sue Mcfearn. A very short and snotty attitude. Totally unfriendly and unprofessional. This was a few years ago so don't know if she's still there but I wouldn't use them again, not even if I was desperate!! My advice to Nathan and Nicola--use Enterprise-- l did and got the polar opposite experience!!

Good service so far. The van was already for me to collect and all the conditions were explained.
Rented to move my house. The rental was straight forward, good price, book before you turn up. Friendly staff and knows what they are on about, wont be cheated
Rented a car here as I was let down by another car firm in Trowbridge. Although I'd paid in advance they wouldn't let me hire a car as I didn't have a credit card! Williams were more than helpful. My card and my money was good enough for them. I had a good car at a decent price and the key to the property so that I could leave the car out of office hours. I would highly recommend them.
