Three spires medical practice staff are so helpful and the doctor's are extremely kind to all needs. Been with them for over ten years now, and i don't feel like just a number. Kind and lovely receptionist's and empathetic Doctor's.

I’ve just moved to Truro, and not feeling very well I went to register at this place and they sorted me out straight away and booked an appointment for me on the same day. It’s a massive improvement from the service I would receive from my GP back in Wales!!
*** SHOCKING *** Cutting a long story short, I phone the Lander Medical Centre to ask about my blood results. Jackie Dunston who I was speaking with insults me to her colleague after thinking she ends the call but doesn't. I was genuinely shocked at the unprofessional events that happened next. Insulting me to her colleague, was so shocked and upset I sent a complaint to the surgerys Senior partner who agreed in email that JACKIE DUNSTON acted innopropriately and unprofessional. Shame on you Jackie Dunston. I will be moving to a different surgery due to your unprofessional telephone manner and breach of confidentiality.
This is not a comment about the quality of the health professionals operating there. It is a comment about the site management and the parking management company. Iis totally outrageous that people attending medical appointments are being issues with 100 penalty charge notices by a London-based company operating cameras. It has proved impossible to find contact details for the people who run this site, their website is inoperative, and their telephone number is no longer manned. Outrageous.
There are a few doctors at Lander Medical Practice, these doctors are a poor excuse for general practitioners. That I can say through personal experience albeit not to myself. Go next door to Three Spires much better all round.
